The company’s founder, a former officer of the Philippine military, brought with him a deep-seated love for his country and an equal passion for Switzerland, where he has lived and experienced the vibrant culture and progressive business environment. Inspired by his unique personal journey and motivated by a desire to bridge the gap between these two worlds he cherishes, he envisioned a venture that would empower Swiss startups and SMEs.

Mario M. Feliciano is a visionary multicultural leader with over two decades of strategic experience in both government and corporate environments. In his recent leadership role at Novartis, he drove strategic IT transformations, managing extensive portfolios, and implementing advanced digital solutions in over 30 countries, resulting in billions in benefits. In his distinguished military career, Mario co-founded the Philippine Army Transformation Roadmap, elevating the army to a world-class organization. He is also a recipient of the Gold Cross Medal, the third highest military award for combat bravery in the Philippines.
Mario holds a Master’s degree in Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Bern and the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS and holds a certification in Digital Business Strategy from MIT. His unique blend of technical expertise and managerial insight positions him as a pioneer in harmoniously bridging technology and business on a global stage.
Mario’s career highlights include pioneering digital projects in supply chain, manufacturing, radiopharmaceuticals, AI, and blockchain, delivering impactful outcomes worldwide. His relentless curiosity and passion for innovation drive him forward, promising exciting developments in the near future.

Michelle Eduarte is a distinguished professional with two decades of experience in high-level statecraft, international relations, non-governmental organizations, and volunteer groups. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with a diverse array of stakeholders, including high-level state officials, business leaders, niche professionals, market disruptors, community figureheads, and varied public segments.
Michelle took her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from De La Salle University before her professional journey took her to Geneva. Her deep appreciation for the skill and finesse of targeted messaging and human behavior drives her passion for creating strategic, integrated campaign strategies across media, digital, print, and both private and public events.
Her expertise includes writing speeches, pitching stories, organizing press conferences, crafting statements for international conferences, and orchestrating events—all aimed at delivering key messages that are intentional, focused, and subtly impactful. Michelle thrives in crisis intervention, relishing the challenge of complex language messaging and optics.
Michelle’s work has sparked movements, changed public opinions, created new perspectives, shifted behaviors, and garnered significant attention. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, observing people, collecting copy, and watching digital advertisements, continuously honing her craft and staying attuned to the evolving landscape of communication and media.
